The corporation successfully operates the SAP ERP overall enterprise management system and comprehensive digital management applications from farm to distribution chain.

Accordingly, FPT successfully deployed a closed 3F (Feed – Farm – Food) management system for Ba Huan, including: a specialized RISE with SAP solution set for the agricultural sector, 3 packaged solutions on the SAP platform and 3 Made by FPT applications. These solutions have been deployed across the entire company system, encompassing the headquarters, its factories, and subsidiaries in various provinces and cities.

The SAP S/4HANA system with 8 subsystems is considered the backbone that helps Ba Huan manage according to international standards specifically for the agriculture and livestock industry, creating favorable conditions for harmoniously integrating surrounding Made by FPT solutions. Based on the SAP platform, FPT experts developed 3 packaged solutions for managing promotional programs and policies (FPT Trade Promotion); transportation management (FPT Allocation Route); business planning (FPT Planning). In particular, FPT developed for Ba Huan 3 digital applications: Farm App (an application for livestock management), Delivery App (distribution management), Sale Portal (sales management).

Accordingly, in the past, when digital transformation was not applied, business operations often took more time, and capturing information and handling situations between departments and divisions was also quite inconvenient. The leadership can grasp activities from departments and farms across the country in real-time. Reports are continuously updated many times a day, production, inventory, circulation, daily sales or management of each employee’s work are all intuitively monitored on the system. Digital applications bring about comprehensive changes to how the entire Ba Huan system works.

In addition, Ba Huan has built a synchronous factory and farm facility with a scale of 4 processing factories and 3 livestock farms located in major cities such as Hanoi, Long An, and Binh Duong. The enterprise owns 65 barns and an incubation room. Binh Duong farm has 22 barns for breeding chickens and laying hens. Ben Luc farm has 29 barns for rearing chickens and laying hens. Thanh Hoa farm has 14 barns for raising broilers. Therefore, centralized management is Ba Huan’s top priority.
The Farm App makes reporting easy, not cumbersome and time-consuming. All information is constantly updated, stored and displayed through the application, directly connected to the SAP S/4HANA comprehensive management system. The management board and departments can monitor the entire process at the farm such as: importing chickens, number of barns, function of each barn… in real-time, anytime, anywhere. Based on this integration, the management board will quickly forward accurate and timely decisions forwarded to separate departments at factories and farms in different areas, both convenient and highly effective.
In addition, deploying Delivery App helps Ba Huan complete a seamless delivery system. Order information and delivery time are aggregated on the system, staff can receive and process them, helping to shorten shipping time. Interaction with sales agents is also effective, improving management and business capacity of the entire chain, reducing operating costs to the lowest level.
